As a speaker at conferences, corporate events, and webinars, I make my stories about wellbeing personal by sharing relatable anecdotes from my experiences on the work floor, in boardrooms, and in my private life.
I also make vitality and health as visible, tangible, and experiential as possible — for example, by asking participants to place a small stone in their shoe (discomfort?) or by inflating a balloon as a symbol of workload and pressure (stress?).
Every keynote is tailor-made and begins with thorough preparation based on an intake conversation. This allows me to fully align both the format and the content with the specific context, goals, and challenges of your organisation.

I blend inspiring examples and practical insights to help you understand what’s coming — and what you can start doing today to prepare your organisation for tomorrow.

"Investing in employee wellbeing makes sense — healthier, more engaged employees are more productive, creative, and sustainable. But how do you make that case in a way that convinces executives?"
In this energetic keynote, I show you how to build an irresistible wellbeing business case with models, practice-based examples, and compelling insights that speak both the language of the boardroom and the shop floor.
I invite participants to step into the role of the Chief Financial Officer — asking critical questions and focusing on costs and the return on investment of wellbeing. Will I succeed in convincing the room?
After this session, you will understand how wellbeing delivers measurable value — and how to help your stakeholders truly experience what it delivers.

"How do you embed healthier work habits into daily routines — whether at home, in hybrid settings, or at the office?"
In this interactive workshop, participants explore the psychology of habit change and learn how to make healthy behaviour at work easier and more sustainable.

Faculty of Economics & Business
Prof. Dr. Jessica de Bloom
“For the second year in a row, Alexander delivered an inspiring guest lecture within my course Stress, Health & Sustainable Working Life, which is part of our Master’s programme in Human Resource Management at the university.
His infectious enthusiasm for vitality motivates students to reflect on healthy and sustainable work cultures within organisations and companies — as well as on their own ways of working and studying.
With energy and passion, Alexander demonstrates how scientific insights into stress and vitality can be translated into practical applications within organisations.
As a true bridge-builder between science and practice, he is able to genuinely connect with his audience.
His interactive style and open attitude led to a lively discussion, in which students asked sharp questions and shared creative ideas.”
